In today's active market it is important that buyers be pre-approved or loan already gone through underwriting (NOT PRE-QUALIFIED) before going out to look at homes in person. By doing so, the buyer has a greater chance of getting their offer accepted. The days of look-first then apply for a loan are over. LOAN APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS / REQUISITOS PARA UN PRÉSTAMO
Things you will need to apply for a home mortgage
When applying for a home loan, you will need to provide the following items:
- Last 2 years of income taxes
- Last 4 paycheck stubs
- Last 2 months of bank statements
- Will need to have 2 years of steady employment
- Will need to have a credit score of 620 or better
These requirements will apply to loans using a social security number (SSN) or an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
Al solicitar un préstamo hipotecario, deberá proporcionar los siguientes elementos:
- Los últimos dos años de ingresos
- Últimos 4 talones de sueldo
- Los últimos 2 meses de extractos bancarios
- 2 años de empleo estable
- Los solicitantes necesitarán una puntuación de crédito de 620 o mejor
- 15% - 20% pago inicial del precio de compra y una tasa de interés mensual del 6% al 8%
Estos requisitos se aplicarán a los préstamos que utilicen un número de seguro social (SSN) o un número de identificación individual del contribuyente (ITIN).
